The 200/225 kilowatt gas turbine generator set consists of the 350-horsepower Solar Spartan gas turbine engine, reduction drive, generator, instrumentation and controls - all mounted on a steel sub-base. Standard voltages of 208 to 240 or 416 to 480 are available. Operation of the set may be either manual or automatic. Standard accessories are available to meet a variety of
application requirements.

Ease of Installation
Small size, light weight (2700 lbs), and low air cooling requirement make the 200/225 kilowatt set especially desirable where space for emergency electrical power is at a premium. These factors, plus freedom from vibration, permit installation nearly anywhere space is available, including roof-tops, basements and upper floors of many buildings. No special structural foundation or cooling water is needed. Savings in installation costs result in minimum cost per kilowatt. The unit is suitable for operation in parallel with other types of generator sets.
